A short call to talk it through. No pressure.

This is for you if you are:

  • Feeling isolated, numb or without direction
  • Overworking, always busy and never quite fulfilled
  • Tired of trying to lead without support
  • Ready to take responsibility for your patterns

Are you still doing it alone?

Many men are having a natural response to a culture that is not serving them: isolated, purposeless, addicted, irritable, numb, overworking. All of it is a response to a lack of connection.

We felt that pain too, so we built the Inner Circle: a community grounded in trust and accountability, where men learn the tools to address what is really sitting at the root.

What you receive

  • Three live calls a month: two group calls and one guest masterclass
  • Access to the private community and WhatsApp group (optional)
  • An accountability and commitment structure
  • Monthly tasks and challenges
  • Cancel anytime, on a rolling contract

Calls are on Tuesdays, 8:00pm to 9:30pm GMT.

How we work together

Accountability

We commit to showing up fully, listening with respect and speaking honestly. We allow ourselves to be called in and held to our word.

Self-leadership

We take responsibility for our emotions and responses, rather than expecting others to manage them. This is a brotherhood that challenges avoidance and supports real change.

Ownership

We take responsibility for our choices, patterns and impact. What is shared in this space stays in this space.

From the men who said yes

Being part of a group of men who are committed to improving their lives. Being introduced to new and thought provoking ways of doing this. Practising making sense of myself through videos and sharing them.

Hamish Noah

To be part of a group of diverse, self-aware men who are willing to support one another in their self-discovery and transition to maturity.

James Gibson

In some ways the men in this container know me better than many of my old friends. I feel able to discuss openly the trials, tribulations and successes of life and to have reflections from those men. And I am still learning and growing from this group.

Ian Freshwater

Why I built this

I created this because I needed it. Community, consistency and clarity are some of the biggest parts of personal growth, and I wanted to create something that called us all into more of the life we want to embody.

I have a lot of experience running online courses, communities and groups, and I know what it takes to make them work. It is about showing up regularly, even when it is uncomfortable. Speaking honestly. Listening deeply. Taking responsibility for who we are becoming.

I did not want another course or a passive container. I wanted a living circle that sharpens integrity, grounds vision and brings us back into alignment with what matters. We do not do this work alone, and when we walk together with intention, life responds differently.

Questions

What is the Inner Circle?

A men's group led by Chris Geisler and Vaughan Dagnell, focused on deep personal growth, accountability, connection and ongoing inner work with purpose-aligned men.

What makes this different to other men's groups?

Many men's groups focus on sharing circles and talking-based methods. We recognise the value of those, but they are only the foundation.

The Inner Circle is action-oriented. We work with the whole man: body, nervous system, emotions, purpose, relationships and responsibility. Insight without integration changes very little, so everything here is designed to be lived, not just understood.

We emphasise commitment and accountability. You are not here to endlessly process the past, but to build capacity, leadership and self-trust in your life now.

This work looks different for every man. What matters is your willingness to meet yourself honestly, take responsibility for your patterns, and apply what you learn in your relationships, work and daily life.

This is not a place to perform vulnerability or bypass challenge. It is a space to build grounded masculinity: emotional depth alongside strength, sensitivity alongside direction, and connection alongside sovereignty.

How many men are in the group?

Currently 10 to 20 active members. It is an intimate space, and it is growing.

Is it a private group?

Yes. Membership is private. You can book a discovery call first, or sign up and book a short welcome call with Chris straight after, so he can set you up in the community.

Do I have to attend every call?

No. Attendance is not compulsory, and we know life gets busy. But if you do not intend to attend at least one call a month, this community will not be for you. Your experience mirrors the commitment you choose to bring.

Is there a trial period?

Yes. Book a discovery call and you can join with a one month trial to see if the Inner Circle fits before committing. The trial is also for us to see if you are a fit for the community.

What agreements do members make?
  • Respect confidentiality. What is shared stays within the group.
  • Honour one another's process with presence and non-judgement.
  • Show up with integrity and honesty.
  • Engage in accountability for your growth.
  • Communicate openly about needs and boundaries.
What kind of calls are there?

Group calls are workshop based, designed for reflection, growth and mutual support. They run for 90 minutes on Tuesdays, 8:00pm to 9:30pm GMT.

  • Week 1: check-in and intentions
  • Week 2: topic discussion and deeper dive
  • Week 4: guest speaker or workshop
Can I pause my membership?

Yes. We accommodate busy periods. Speak with Chris about flexible engagement.

Is this a therapeutic programme?

No. It is a supportive men's growth community, not formal therapy. Members are encouraged to seek professional support if needed.
